All payments are processed through the Wix payment system, accepting debit and credit cards. You also have the
option to pay via PayPal.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the current situation all deliveries are delayed. Please add additional 3-5 working days to the normal delivery time. Thank you!
Orders for ready items are dispatched as soon as the payment is cleared - usually the next working day.
All custom orders are posted within 3 to 5 working days of receipt, Monday to Friday.
During busier periods this may take slightly longer. Please contact me if you need an order quickly and I will do my very best to help!
We offer free delivery on all UK orders: Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - this is a non-traceable service.
If you wish to receive your item faster and have full control over what is happening with your package, please select RM Signed For 2nd Class or 1st Class option at the checkout.
All other countries - I am unable to send orders outside the UK at this time. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.
The returned item must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage.
All custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
